Senior Architect



We are searching for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faroe-Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other architects to create innovative and functional designs that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from initial concept to final construction documents
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other architects to determine project requirements
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using AutoCAD and other software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility
- Develop cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and on schedule

Preferred Qualifications:
-Nationality: Faroese or Scandinavian
-Knowledge of sustainable design principles
-Familiarity with BIM software

Salary:
1500$ per month
