Contract Accountant - Faroe Islands


We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a Contract Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our clients on a temporary basis. This role is suitable for men who have a strong background in accounting and are looking for a challenging opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or issues
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets as needed
- Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Assist with tax preparation and filing for clients
- Provide guidance and support to clients on financial matters as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract position. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accountant to gain valuable experience working with multiple clients in a dynamic environment.
