Contract Nurse in Faroe-Islands
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse to join our team on a contract basis in the beautiful country of Faroe-Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to our patients while adhering to all medical protocols and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques and medication administration
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures at all times
- Keep up-to-date with current medical practices, techniques, and advancements in the nursing field
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in the Faroe Islands (or eligible for reciprocity)
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is an asset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Working Conditions:
This is a contract position for an initial period of 6 months. The salary for this role is 1500$ per month. Visa sponsorship will be provided for international candidates. This is an urgent job opening, so selected candidates must be available to start immediately.
