Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and consistency to meet our high standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and efficiency
- Handle customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of increasing profitability in previous roles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
Salary: 1200$ per month
This position does not come with accommodation. However, we provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
