Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Faroe-Islands. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in food quality and cleanliness. Your duties will include creating work schedules, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that all financial targets are met.
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. A degree in business management or hospitality is preferred but not required. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team. In addition, you should have strong problem-solving abilities to handle any challenges that may arise.
This is a temporary job with the possibility of extension based on performance. We provide accommodation for our employees and can assist with obtaining a work visa if needed. This position is urgent and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
