We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team in the beautiful city of Faroe Islands. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutrition counseling and education to patients, developing personalized meal plans, and monitoring their progress. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of patients' dietary needs and develop personalized meal plans
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust meal plans as needed
- Educate patients on nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Stay updated on current research and developments in the field of nutrition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dietitian
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, diet therapy, and food science
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
