Clinical Dietitian

In this role, you will be responsible for providing nutrition counseling and education to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a clinical dietitian
- Proficient in conducting nutrition assessments, developing care plans, and providing counseling
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and conditions
- Ability to stay up-to-date on current research and trends in the field of nutrition

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling to patients in both individual and group settings
