Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef at our luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Faroe-Islands, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations. Your main duties will include creating and implementing menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring high quality standards are met, and maintaining a profitable food and beverage program.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef who has a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning dishes. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting. A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
As the Executive Chef, you will be expected to have excellent leadership and communication skills in order to effectively manage the kitchen team. You must also have strong organizational abilities to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of orders.
In addition to your culinary skills, you should also possess business acumen to manage food costs, budgets, and inventories. You must also stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously innovate our menus to maintain our competitive edge.
