The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks within a warehouse setting. They will work closely with their team to ensure efficient and timely completion of orders, as well as maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. This position requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Proficient in basic math skills for counting and recording inventory
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
