Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Faroe-Islands. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to overseeing labor and materials. You will also be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Create project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Oversee labor and materials procurement
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed on site
- Conduct regular quality control checks
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. Freshers with no prior experience are welcome to apply. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
