As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Faroe-Islands. Your main task will be to ensure that all projects are completed within the specified budget and timeline, while adhering to quality and safety standards. You will also be responsible for managing the project team, including contractors and subcontractors.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning and scheduling construction activities, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, ordering materials, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential as you will be working closely with various stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.

This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation. While experience is preferred, we welcome candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow in this field.
