Construction Site Manager


We are in search of a meticulous and driven Construction Site Manager to oversee our projects in Faroe-Islands. As the site manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities on site. Your main objective is to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on time, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Manage resources and materials effectively
- Monitor progress and report on project status
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Review and approve project budgets and expenses
- Provide timely updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
