Part-Time Construction Manager


We are searching for a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Hire and manage subcontractors and construction workers
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and progress
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs

Additional Information:
