Entry Level Welder - Contract Position (Faroe-Islands)



We are seeking a skilled and reliable Entry Level Welder to join our team in Faroe-Islands on a contract basis. As an Entry Level Welder, you will be responsible for welding various metal components together to fabricate or repair equipment, structures, and other items according to specifications.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for welding and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is just starting their career in welding and looking to gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various types of welding processes including MIG, TIG, and Stick
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance
- Ensure proper maintenance of welding equipment
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to work in varying environments
- Valid work permit or ability to obtain one

Salary: $900 per month (USD)

Location: Faroe Islands
