Office Assistant
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to our company's operations in the beautiful Faroe Islands. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in an office setting and be a part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and providing them with information about our company
- Managing daily correspondence, including emails and mail
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Ordering office supplies when needed
- Completing basic accounting tasks, such as recording expenses and processing invoices
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Previous office experience is a plus but not required
