Administrative Assistant in Faroe Islands
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Faroe Islands. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the office by managing daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing paperwork. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Help with data entry and record keeping
- Greet visitors and assist with their inquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and ticket for employees from abroad. This job is open for women who are willing to relocate to Faroe Islands.
