Part-Time Office Assistant in Faroe-Islands
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Faroe-Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Greeting visitors and providing them with information
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
