Part-Time Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced part-time Sales Manager to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue through effective management of our sales team. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the potential for remote work.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand our customer base
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company objectives
- Travel within the Faroe Islands as needed to attend trade shows, conferences, or meet with clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in market research and analysis is preferred
- Ability to travel as needed within the Faroe Islands
- Must have own accommodation in the Faroe Islands or be willing to relocate
