Job Title: Sales Manager
We are a rapidly growing company in the Faroe Islands and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and ensure prompt resolution of any issues
- Train new sales employees on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years)
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Salary: 1200$ per month (with free visa and ticket)
Location: Faroe Islands
