Sales Manager - Faroe-Islands


We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the beautiful city of Faroe-Islands. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve their skills and performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing successful teams
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, methods, and principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions based on data
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets within tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (knowledge of local language is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month, along with accommodation provided by the company. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
