Experienced Carpenter in Faroe Islands


We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Faroe Islands. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will also be required to read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and work with various materials to complete projects.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Carpenter
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using hand and power tools
- Able to work with various materials such as wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints and determine materials needed for each project
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials according to specifications
- Install structures such as windows, stairs, frames, floors, and trim
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand or power tools
- Follow building codes and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other team members on larger projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs
- Keep track of project progress and make adjustments as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Faroe Islands.
