Part-Time Carpenter
Location: Faroe Islands


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals looking for flexible work hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Follow blueprints or specifications to plan layout and installation of structures
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, and hardware
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements
- Use various tools such as saws, drills, chisels, hammers, and levels to complete projects
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures as needed
- Work with other tradespeople on construction sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry or related field
- Knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina and strength

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.
