Entry-level Baker

We are seeking an entry-level Baker to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an entry-level Baker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of various goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes. This is a great opportunity for students or those looking to gain experience in the baking industry.

Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and instructions to prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
- Monitor baking process and ensure goods are baked to perfection
- Decorate and finish baked goods with toppings and icings
- Clean work area and equipment after each shift
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to create new recipes and improve existing ones

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or as a baker's assistant is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new techniques and recipes
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays when needed

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1000 per month. Additional benefits may be offered based on performance.

Location:
Our bakery is located in Faroe Islands. The ideal candidate should have their own accommodation nearby.
