Administration Coordinator
As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures. You will be working closely with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations within the office. Your primary role will include managing schedules, arranging meetings, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. Other duties may include managing office supplies, responding to emails and phone calls, and maintaining records and databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments/meetings
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of budgets/expenses
- Liaise with internal departments/teams as well as external stakeholders
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or administrative assistant (or similar role)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Location: Faroe Islands (open to all nationalities)
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
