Administrator for Faroe-Islands Office
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at our Faroe-Islands office. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with bookkeeping and budget tracking
- Support the HR department by maintaining employee records and organizing training sessions
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and order new supplies when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
- Must have a biometric passport or the ability to obtain one quickly if not already in possession
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Faroese language is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
This position does not include accommodation, so preference will be given to candidates who are already located in the Faroe Islands or have plans to relocate.
