Part-time Administrative Assistant



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Faroe-Islands. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Salary: $1100 USD per month (part-time)
Location: Faroe Islands (with accommodation provided if needed)
Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates
