Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Faroe-Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the efficient functioning of our company. As an ideal candidate, you should have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Support the daily operations of the company by handling correspondence, answering calls, and responding to emails.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks by monitoring deadlines and handling urgent requests.
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and assist with budget management.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1100$ per month. Preference will be given to male candidates who possess a valid visa for working in Faroe Islands.
