Administrator - Faroe Islands


We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team in the Faroe Islands. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks and procedures to ensure efficient and smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in office management, be well-organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain electronic and physical records
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff
- Support other staff members with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Faroe Islands (accommodation not provided)

Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible candidates.
