Hotel Sales Manager - Faroe Islands
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for our hotel in the beautiful Faroe Islands. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with the hotel's marketing and revenue management teams to identify potential markets, create attractive packages, and maximize revenue.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Create attractive packages and promotions to attract new customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that effectively promote the hotel's offerings
- Work closely with the revenue management team to analyze data and make pricing recommendations
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with revenue management principles is a plus
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Faroe Islands if not already based there
