Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager


A prestigious hotel in the beautiful Faroe Islands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship will be provided for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for the hotel
- Build relationships with potential clients through networking and attending events
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local market and competition
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the hotel
- Manage contracts with corporate clients and negotiate rates

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
