Hotel Sales Manager

Our luxury hotel in the beautiful Faroe Islands is seeking a talented and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our sales team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's facilities and services to corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers. You will develop and maintain relationships with key clients, attend industry events, and create sales strategies to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and create effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel's facilities and services
- Conduct site visits for potential clients and provide them with detailed information about the hotel's amenities
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent service delivery to customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement in the sales process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends

Location: Faroe Islands (Open to all nationalities)
Salary: $1200 per month (tax-free)
