IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology strategy and operations of our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that our technology systems and processes are efficient, secure, and aligned with our business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and providing leadership and support in all aspects of information technology. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies, policies, and procedures
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, network systems, and other IT infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare budget proposals for technology investments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of networks, hardware, software, databases, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to align technology with business objectives
- Knowledge of data security protocols and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively

Location: Aarhus (open to candidates from any nationality)
Salary: 1300$ per month
