IT Manager

We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, setting and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology systems
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
- Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our network, servers, software, and hardware
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our systems
- Troubleshoot any hardware or software issues that arise
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Experience with server administration, virtualization, and cloud computing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1400 per month. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
