We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Aarhus. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment. You will also be responsible for managing the organization's computer systems, including installing software updates, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring data security.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the organization's network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install and configure new network equipment as needed
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate security measures such as firewalls and encryption
- Manage the organization's computer systems by installing software updates, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing regular maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and system maintenance records
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies or resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols (e.g. TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN configuration
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of technical issues
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
