As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our computer network systems, ensuring smooth operation and maximum uptime. You will also provide technical support to our staff, troubleshoot any network issues, and implement necessary updates and upgrades.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Conduct regular backups of data to prevent data loss
- Implement security measures to protect the network from cyber threats
- Upgrade network systems as needed to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support to staff for any network-related issues
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technology solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, software, and security concepts
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
