IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Aarhus. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems and networks. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining systems, and providing training to users. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure computer systems and networks
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and system checks
- Train users on new systems or software as needed
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Document all support activities in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Solid understanding of computer systems and networks
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, antivirus programs, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients at all levels of technical ability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Aarhus (candidate must have own visa)
