Job Title: IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Aarhus. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their computer systems and networks are running smoothly. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new user accounts and manage security settings
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex issues
- Keep track of all support tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Experience with network setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
- Experience working with remote desktop tools
