Back-End Developer (Contract)

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our web and mobile applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security of our applications, while also collaborating with the front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient, reusable, and scalable code using languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Develop and maintain database structures for optimal data storage and retrieval
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and seamless integration with front-end components
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and address technical issues
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify bugs and performance issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of back-end development principles
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Aarhus, Denmark. However, remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
