Back-End Developer
Location: Aarhus, Denmark


We are seeking a talented and experienced Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Aarhus. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side web application logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will work closely with front-end developers to integrate their work with the back-end, as well as collaborate with other team members to develop new features and improve existing ones.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement server-side web application logic
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Develop and maintain APIs for integration with external systems
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Write efficient, reusable, and testable code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Ensure code quality by performing code reviews

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Back-End Developer
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java or Python
- Experience working with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of web development concepts such as RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and security principles
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with version control systems like Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Bonus skills:
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
- Experience working with container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
