Back-End Developer

We are seeking an experienced Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Aarhus. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side components of our web applications. You will work closely with front-end developers and designers to create efficient and seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side components of web applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or QA team
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Work closely with designers to ensure consistency in design and functionality
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in back-end development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience working with databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of MVC frameworks such as Spring or Django
- Understanding of web security principles
