As a Teamlead in our Aarhus office, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your primary role will be to provide guidance, supervision, and support to team members, while also ensuring that project goals and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project objectives
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Collaborate with other departments or teams as necessary for project success
- Communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders regarding project updates
- Identify areas for improvement within the team's processes or workflows

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in project management software/tools
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

City:
This position is located in Aarhus, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided if necessary.
