Project Manager


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and managing project budgets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of project management experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are not provided. Freshers are welcome to apply if they meet the experience requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management roles
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- PMP or other relevant certifications
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
