We are a fast-growing online consulting company based in Aarhus, seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will provide expert advice and support to our clients through various online channels, such as chat, email, and video conferencing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner through various online channels
- Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize company resources to resolve client issues efficiently
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide the most relevant advice to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or consulting role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in using various online communication tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
