Job Title: Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through various online platforms. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries, providing product or service recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. This position requires previous experience in customer service or a related field.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries through email, chat, or other online channels
- Providing accurate information and assistance on products or services offered by the company
- Addressing any concerns or complaints from clients and finding suitable resolutions
- Maintaining a good relationship with clients by ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Keeping track of customer interactions and updating client records as needed
- Staying updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals set by the company

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using online communication tools
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
