Online Consultant


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Aarhus. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. Your main duty will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product recommendations, and address any concerns they may have. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours based on performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of online platforms and social media
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and experience with online chat systems
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via online chat or email
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have regarding products or services
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers
- Report any technical issues or bugs to the appropriate team for resolution

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this part-time position. With proven success, there is potential for increased hours and salary.

Location:
This position is located in Aarhus, but remote work may be considered for the right candidate.
