Online Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Aarhus. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through online channels in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate and relevant information about our products or services to customers
- Identify and escalate any unresolved issues or complaints to the appropriate department
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and satisfaction
- Meet individual performance targets set by the company

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in written English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Good time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends if needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
