As an Online Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via multiple online channels (email, chat, social media) to address their inquiries or concerns
- Provide product information and assist with placing orders or managing accounts
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform and escalate to the appropriate teams if needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve any customer-related issues
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients for future reference
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing our company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with online platforms is preferred
