We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Moderator to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark on a contract basis. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content and interactions in order to maintain a safe and positive environment for our users.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on various platforms including social media, forums, and chat rooms
- Review flagged or reported content and take appropriate action according to company guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure a positive user experience
- Collaborate with other team members to identify potential issues and develop solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Moderator or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be fluent in English (proficiency in Danish is a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Denmark (visa sponsorship available)

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation may be provided if needed.
