Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Aarhus. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to specifications and blueprints
- Inspect existing facades for any damage or issues and make necessary repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on facades to ensure their structural integrity
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop plans for facade installations
- Use various tools and equipment, such as scaffolding, cranes, and power tools, to complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on building facades
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in facade installation, maintenance, or repair
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety precautions related to building facades
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or degree in a related field such as construction technology or architecture
- Previous experience working on facade projects in Aarhus or other European cities
- Fluency in Danish or another Scandinavian language
