Finisher Supervisor


As a Finisher Supervisor, you will oversee and guide a team of finishers in completing high-quality finishing work on various projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all finishing tasks are completed efficiently and according to the required standards. This position is based in Aarhus, with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of finishers in carrying out various finishing tasks such as painting, staining, and varnishing.
- Ensure that all finishing work is completed within the given time frame and meets the required quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies for finishing work.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and make any necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with other teams to plan and coordinate finishing work for upcoming projects.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a finisher or in a similar supervisory role.
- Knowledge of different types of finishes, tools, and techniques used in the finishing process.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others towards achieving goals.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred:
- Previous experience working with wood or furniture finishing would be an advantage.
- Experience using different types of finishes such as lacquer or oil-based paints.
